Heartburn, also know as acid reflux, is a painful and burning sensation in the esophagus, just behind the breastbone usually associated with regurgitation of gastric acid. Natural Home Remedies for Heartburn: -
Combine 1 tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoonful of honey and 1 cup of warm water. Having this mixture would provide relief from heartburn. 1 Drink plain soda whenever you get heartburn. 1 Eat 1 slice of bread with no spread and drink 1 cup of cold water. 1 Cinnamon is useful in treating heartburn. Make tea using cinnamon sticks. Have this tea once or twice a day. Another way to have it would be to prepare cinnamon sandwich. 1 Drink ginger tea with small sips. In a pan of 1 cup boiling water, put a tablespoon of the dried marshmallow root. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes. Strain this liquid and have at least 3 - 4 cups per day.
