Difference between breast milk and fore milk

Breast milk refers to milk to feed the baby. It provides the primary source of infant nutrition before they can eat and digest foods for infants and parents of young children may continue to be breastfed. Infant mother is the most common way to get the milk, but milk can be pumped and then fed to the bottle, cup and or a spoon, drip systems and integrating the nasogastric tube. Breast milk can give a woman other than the child mother or was pumped into the milk (eg milk bank), or if a woman nurses a child other than his chest - and this is called wetnursing.

The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life, gradually introducing solids around the age when signs of the preparation is indicated. breastfeeding is recommended at least until the age of two years, provided the mother and the child wants. Breastfeeding will continue to offer health benefits during and after the children. These benefits include reduced risk of sudden death syndrome (SIDS), increased intelligence, decreased the likelihood of middle ear infections, cold and flu bugs, a decreased risk of certain cancers such as childhood leukemia, reduced risk of diabetes in children has decreased the risk of asthma and eczema, dental problems, lower, lower risk of obesity later in life, and decreased risk of psychological disorders.

Cancer Research in UK

Imperial Cancer Research Fund (ICRF) has been introduced in 1902 as the Cancer Research Fund and its name was changed to Imperial Cancer Research Fund, two years later. The charity has grown over the next twenty years as one of the leading cancer charity in the world of research. Until the merger, which has made an enormous contribution in almost all research on cancer. Its laboratories in Lincoln & Inn Fields and Clare Hall, now known as Cancer Research UK London Research Institute.

In 2008/09, the charity spent 303 million pounds for Cancer Research, the funding of the work of more than 4,500 scientists, doctors and nurses in the UK. Supports more than 100 clinical trials and cancer research and cancer risk in over one million people in the United Kingdom. Approximately 40% of total expenditure on research is basic research laboratory, which is relevant to all types of cancer. This research on the molecular basis of cancer to better understand how cancer grows and spreads and therefore provides a basis for future research. The remaining funding is used to support research at more than 100 types of specific cancers, focusing on key areas such as drug discovery and development, prevention, early detection and imaging, surgery and radiotherapy, and cancer, where survival is still low, as the esophagus, lung and pancreas. This important work will help ensure that millions of people who survive cancer.

Brian tumor

A brain tumor is a solid tumor, intracranial tumor (defined as an abnormal growth of cells) in the brain or spinal central canal. Brain tumors account for all tumors inside the skull or the spinal central canal. They are created by abnormal and uncontrolled cell division, normally either in the brain (neurons, glial cells (astrocytes, oligodendrocytes, ependymal cells, myelin-producing Schwann cells), lymphatic tissue, blood vessels) of brain nerves in the brain envelopes (meninges), skull, pituitary and pineal gland, or spread of cancers primarily located in other organs (metastatic tumors).

Any brain tumor itself is serious, even fatal, because of its invasive nature and infiltrating the limited space of the intracranial cavity. However, brain tumors (malignant, even among themselves) do not automatically lead to death. Brain tumors or intracranial tumors can Cancer definitions (malignant) or noncancerous (benign), but benign or malignant tumors differ from those commonly used in other types of cancer or noncancerous tumors in the body. His level of threat depends on a combination of factors like the type of tumor, its location, size and development status. Because the brain is well protected by the skull, the early detection of a brain tumor only occurs when the diagnostic tools targeting intracranial cavity. Typically, detection occurs at an advanced stage, when the presence of the tumor have side effects that cause unexplained symptoms.

How to cure DNA

DNA repair refers to a set of processes by which a cell identifies and corrects damage to DNA molecules that encode its genome. In human cells, both normal metabolic activities and environmental factors such as light and UV radiation can damage DNA, causing up to 1 million individual molecular lesions per cell day. Most of these lesions cause structural damage to the DNA molecule and may modify or eliminate the ability of the cell to transcribe the gene encoding the DNA concerned. Other lesions induce potentially harmful mutations in the genome of the cell, affecting the survival of its daughter cells after undergoing mitosis. Thus, the process of DNA repair is constantly active, it responds to damage the structure of DNA. When the normal repair process does not, and when there is no apoptosis, DNA irreparable damage may occur including DNA crosslinks and DNA double-strand.

Number of DNA repair depends on many factors, including cell type, age of the cell and extracellular environment. Cell, which has accumulated a large amount of DNA damage, or no longer effectively repairs damage to DNA, can come in three different states: an irreversible state of dormancy, ie the aging of the two cell suicide, which is also known as apoptosis or programmed cell death 3 unregulated cell division, which can lead to the formation of a tumor is the ability of a tumor cell DNA repair is essential for the integrity of its genome, and then normal operation and the body. Many of the genes, which were originally shown to influence lifespan have been shown to be involved in the repair of DNA damage and protection. Failure to correct molecular lesions in cells that form gametes can be included mutations in the genome of the offspring and thus influence the evolution.

Chromosomes

A chromosome is an organized structure of DNA and proteins in cells. This is one piece spiral of DNA contains many genes, regulatory elements and other sequences of nucleotides. Chromosomes also contain DNA-bound proteins, which are used for packaging of DNA and control its functions. The chromosome comes from the Greek (chroma, color), (soma, body) due to their property to be strongly colored by certain dyes.

Chromosomes are highly variable among different organisms. The DNA molecule can be circular or linear and may be composed of 10,000 billion nucleotides in a long chain. Typically eukaryotic cells (cells with nuclei) have large linear chromosomes and prokaryotic cells (cells without defined nucleus) smaller circular chromosomes, but there are many exceptions to this rule. In addition, cells can contain more than one type of chromosome, for example, in most eukaryotic mitochondria and chloroplasts in plants have their own small chromosome.

In eukaryotes, nuclear chromosomes are packaged by proteins in a structure called chromatin condensed. This allows very long DNA molecules to fit into the cell nucleus. The structure of chromosomes and chromatin varies during the cell cycle. Chromosomes are the essential unity of cell division and must be replicated, divided, and successfully passed his daughter cells to ensure genetic diversity and survival of their offspring. Chromosomes may exist as duplicates or no duplicates, without duplicating the single-stranded chromosomes are linear, whereas duplicated chromosomes (copied during synthesis phase) contain two copies joined by a kinetochore. Compaction of the duplicated chromosomes during mitosis and meiosis in the results of the classical structure with four arms (see photo at right). chromosomal recombination plays a key role in genetic diversity. If such structures are handled incorrectly, through a process known as chromosomal instability and translocation.

breast stroke

Breaststroke is the slowest of the four strokes of the official competition. The fastest breaststroke swimmers can swim around 1.57 meters per second. Although the slowest of the four strokes competitive, it is widely accepted that it is by far the hardest to do well. It is also often the hardest to learn for bathers who rises after the butterfly because of the importance of timing and coordination required to move the legs is good breaststroke swim while leaning on the chest, arms that breaking the surface of the water slightly and legs always underwater, while his head under water for the second half of the race. The move is sometimes called a kick & quot frog & quot, because of the similarity of a sudden a frog, but when done correctly, it is a whip kick & quot, due to movement of the whip, the displacement of the heart through the legs.

The body is often at a steep angle to the motion. This slows down the swimmer more than any other style. Professional breaststroke using the abdominal muscles and hips to add extra power to move, even though most are not perfectly this technique until the college level. This much faster form of breaststroke is called &quot, wave action & quot; breaststroke and fully integrates the whip-kick. A particular feature of the breaststroke competition is the withdrawal underwater. From the streamline position, using his arm to pull down from the hips. As your arms drop, a dolphin kick permitted to drop is optional. It is followed by the recovery of arms in streamline position again, and then a kick. The withdrawal to start and after turns contributes significantly to the pool once. Therefore, a way to improve swimming is time to focus on starting and running.

how to tell interview yourself

* Collect information regarding the company, how is it working? What is its objectives and mission and who are its clients? What are the recruiter’s main concerns and liability? The more you collect information, the more you become well aware of the company. So you can prepare relevant question to ask at the time of the interview.

* Learn the depiction of the post for which you have applied. Be obvious on what is anticipated and if you have the backdrop and abilities to perform it.

* Prepare a list of your potency and do discussing how they harmonize the necessities of the work. Note down exact instances that reveal these strengths and be able to talk sinuously and wisely about them.

* Create an appealing impression at the interview. Be punctual, keep eye contact and offer a firm handshake. Dress one notch above what is anticipated for the job you are interviewing for.

* Seek familiar ground linking you and the recru*iter to establish a good relationship and to stand out from the mob. Be cautious not to exaggerate this and look distressed. Develop what can be seen as possible drawbacks into potency. Be quiet and positive.

* Make use of exact examples to explain why you are an ideal match for the post. Ask curious queries to reveal a real interest in the job. Try to know what the revenue rate is at the organization, what kind of work culture is, and how they keep their workers content and cheerful. You are making an attempt to realize if you need to work for that organization as much as they are trying to realize if they need you.

job interivew

* Prior to your interview, meet some people who are already working there. If possible, notice how employees are coming to office and how they behave and dress.

* Reach your destination before ten minutes and collect some information regarding the company.

* Find out time to wish and acknowledge the executives or secretarial assistant; it is conservative manners, and moreover, this person will have lots of influence .

* Take an extra copy of resume and reference letter in case the recruiter does not possess it.

* Be positive and cheerful. While you face interview sit straightly with your arms and leg uncrossed and feel more relaxed. Smile and keep a good eye contact with them.

self communication skills

Self supervising is the ability of a person to understand his capabilities, evaluate his skills, estimate his qualities and organize himself suitable to adjust in his work place. Self Supervising is one of the most relevant aspects required for a human being who is thriving very hard to come up in life. Self supervising can be simply defined as the effort taken to analyze ones own activities. Self supervising can be done in all day to day activities a person is doing. It is one of the simple tasks any one can follow in their routine work. Self supervising can also be called as internal supervision.

There are people who are appointed in office, industries and companies to supervise others, but self supervising is slightly different. No one is there to estimate you and your abilities. The individual person is the responsible for all his actions and work that he does.

Self supervising is one of the relevant soft skills that should be practiced by a person. It will act as a guide line for him to manage all his deeds. Well, what are the situations that require self supervising? For example let’s take the situation of the office that you are working; when a new project or work is assigned to you, see that you perform your duties and complete the project in a proper way and make your clients happy. Practice coming to office at regular timings. Keep record of your reports and proceedings of your work done. Always keep a record of the achievements in your projects. So, you have to learn how to organize yourself. This is one way of self supervising.Well, another example that can be considered is, when you are giving advice to others. Think before you start advising others. Self supervise yourself whether you are fit enough to give the advise and then proceed.

how to improve personality development

Being interviewed for a possible job post for a new organization will be a stressful attempt. Here are some useful tips to assist with your self-confidence and other preparations.

Collect some information regarding the company, and the job post, you are interviewing for earlier. See their websites or speak with the people who already work in that company. That will make an impression on the person interviewing you.

Ensure you look the part. If you are interviewing for an administrative post it may be a bad plan to wear jeans and a T-shirt. Conversely, if you are interviewing for a post as a salesman at the shop, you may not need to wear suit and tie. Get ready as if you previously have the profession and dress accordingly.

Foremost thing you need to do when the recruiters introduce themselves is to stand up, look them directly in the eye, give introduction to yourself and offer them a firm handshake. Throughout the interview ensure to look the interviewer directly in the eye. But avoid staring them. There is a divergence. While she or he is speaking, focus on. Don't look around the organization. Look directly at the recruiter. This gives them an impression that you are listening and are really involved in whatever they are speaking to you.

Write down notes. It gives the interviewer an idea that you are really interested in this job. Moreover it will help you to write questions for him or her if there occurs to be a next interview.

Be respectful and smile at them. Keep in mind that the person performing the interview is human being. It is acceptable to laugh while they say some jokes. Commence the interview by inquiring them how the day is going for them like you are walking to his or her workplace. It affixes a constituent of personality and helps out to smash the ice before getting down to business.

Don’t slump. Sit straight and concentrate. Moreover, make certain to never curse. It is also a good idea to never speak roughly about your present or previous employers.

peanut butter

In our daily diet we need food that tastes good at the same time being healthy to eat and good value nutritionally. We know that in today's generation we are at more risk on different illnesses like cancer and cardiovascular ailments because of the rapid changing of lifestyle especially in terms of the food we eat. In order to stay hale and hearty, we must be selective about the food we consume. And surprisingly, peanut butter is one of the food items that you should not miss out in terms of nutrition yet without compromising its delicious sweet and savoury taste.

As we know, peanut butter is made from ground roasted peanuts - it is literally a food paste made out of peanuts rather than a dairy style butter. There are lots of varieties available in stores. Some are creamy and smooth but others are crunchy. You can also buy processed as well as organic peanut butter. It depends on which variety you'd like to eat.

Nutritional Facts There's a big misconception regarding eating this spread due to the fact that it is high in calories and fat. But not all people know that this fat is mostly monounsaturated fat that may protect against the risk of heart disease and other cardiovascular ailments. This unsaturated fat content of peanut butter could lower the bad LDL cholesterol that causes poor health. It has also a content that could prevent cancer properties because of a high level of a substance called "Resveratrol". This helps our body to deal effectively with various kinds of fungi and bacteria due to its anti-microbial contents. Moreover, eating it regularly gives protection in developing gallstones and Alzheimer's disease.

In addition, we always identify carrots and apples as good antioxidants but what we do not know that peanut spread has larger quantities of antioxidants than the two mentioned previously. There are also varieties of other nutrient properties that are also found in this spread, such as Vitamin E, calcium, niacin, magnesium, potassium, iron, and copper. Altogether then, peanut butter is not as bad for you as has been suggested, but like in all dietary matters, both variety and moderation are good guidelines to have. You shouldn't eat too much of one thing, but there's no need to fear this treat anymore.

Having all the beneficial nutrients as well as great taste, you could be health conscious or simply looking for good savoury food, but peanut butter should be the first snack you think of.

drink carrot every day

Whether you like the taste of carrot juice or not, you can't deny the health benefits that drinking it provides you. Important things like healthy skin and eyesight are easier to maintain with a daily dose of carrot juice. However, if you don't like the taste of it straight, fear not because at the end of this article is a neat trick you can put to use that will have you drinking this juice without even realizing it. But first, we'll review two major ways in which carrots can boost your health.

The first way that carrot juice benefits you is by boosting the quality of your skin. This is because carrots are rich in vitamin A which is a major component of healthy skin. Not only will it make your skin glow but it will also help prevent it from drying out, which, if left unchecked, will lead to scaly, patchy areas that may eventually crack. Also, if you're worried at all about the affects of aging then you should know that getting enough vitamin A every day will deter premature wrinkles.

And as with all good nutrition, it is best to get your vitamins from natural sources rather than from supplements and the like.

Poor eyesight is another side effect that is linked to aging, although people of all ages can and do experience vision problems. If it takes you a while to focus on objects after you look at them, then it could be due to a vitamin A deficiency. Likewise, if it takes your vision a long time to adjust to your surroundings when you go from the bright outdoors to a dark interior, then you may need more vitamin A then what you are currently getting. Luckily, carrot juice is a great way to get all of the vitamin A you need.

All of this is well and good, but if you don't like the taste of carrots, then how are you supposed to drink juice made out of them? There is a simple solution to this: when you juice up your next recipe, toss in a carrot or two. It doesn't really matter what other fruits or vegetables your drink consists of because carrots work well with pretty much anything. And the best part? When mixed with everything else, they are actually quite unnoticeable.

A good side effect of adding carrots to your juices is that they are naturally sweet. In fact, if you regularly add sugar or other sweeteners to your recipes, then you may find that when you toss in some carrot juice, such sweeteners will no longer be needed.

And that's all there is to it. Whether you drink it straight or in combination with other recipes, carrot juice will give you the vitamin A that your body needs for great skin and good vision.

So what are you waiting for? The sooner you start drinking carrot juice, the sooner you'll see just what it can do for you.

curly hair

Curly hair is going to be easier to maintain in 2009, with fluffy hairstyles being more acceptable, a bed head look, which we can all achieve without too much trouble, is trendy. Going for the unkempt look, with back combing adding some height and boldness to 2009 hairstyles that is reminiscent of the sixties. Back combing should be done at the roots and the top layers of hair smoothed down to achieve the look. Quiffs too are popular hairstyles this year, not just being seen in mens hairstyles, but also womens hairstyles in 2009 are incorporating quiffs, to add dramatic effects on updos and short hairstyles alike. There is interesting cross between the unkempt sixties look with the well groomed forties style, so if you do back comb, keeping some areas sleek, will make your hairdo stand out from the crowd. This year also hair accessories play a major part in hair styling. From large bows to feathers in the hair, it is a nice trend, as any hair can be glammed up or have a touch of interest added quite easily by using a few well chosen accessories. One accessory that may celebrities are wearing is the plaited hair Alice Band. Worn like a band it gives a very groomed and intricate appearance to any hairstyle, especially updos and mid length hair.

Find a plait to match your own hair color and then experiment to make it blend with your own hair. Overall 2009 hairstyles are versatile, practical and bold, with so much to choose from 2009 is looking to be a great year! When someone gets a great haircut it speaks more than what the person is wearing on their body, the clothes, jewellery and other adornment. Another thing needs to be laid bare here. A conspiracy theory? Major hair colour companies in the world still emphasize on promoting traditional hairstyles which rely on flat sheenish finishes because they are interested in only selling colour. They do this by recruiting educators who develop new methods and procedures to teach but end with the same result, year in year out! Think for a moment would you have mona lisa painted on textured leaves? Imagine a textured hair style with so much movement, features and details that you think of colour only as a secondary need. There is a new movement to awake the world and it is coming from the east.

The bullet. This is the latest fashion trend transformed offspring of the 80's mullet and fullet with a dominant and forceful business touch. It's the short female business do and is popular with very dominant women. It's a short hairstyle that shows the world you are a female and are in control. You will find it on Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, Ellen Degeneres, and Rosie O'Donnell. It is believed to have been first worn by Prince back in the early 80's on his Purple Rain tour.

natural home remedies

Heartburn, also know as acid reflux, is a painful and burning sensation in the esophagus, just behind the breastbone usually associated with regurgitation of gastric acid. Heartburn is a painful burning sensation in the esophagus, just below or behind the breastbone. The pain often rises in your chest and may radiate to your neck or throat.

Normally, digestive acid in your stomach is kept from backing up into your esophagus by the lower esophageal sphincter. This ring of muscle functions as a valve, which opens only as you swallow. But sometimes the valve relaxes or weakens, allowing stomach acid to flow back into your esophagus.

Symptoms of Heartburn: -

Persistent sore throat Hoarseness Chronic cough Asthma Chest pain 1 Feeling like there is a lump in your throat

Heartburn can be a serious problem for some people. Those who experience importunate or prolonged nighttime heartburn unresponsive to OTC medications may be suffering from gastro esophageal reflux disease or GERD; they should be under the care of a physician. Patients who knowledge heartburn symptoms for 5 years or longer should discuss having one time investigative show test with their health care professional.

Causes of Heartburn: -

Rich and spicy foods Seep disorder Alcohol intake Unnecessary pressure on digestive tract of overweight people. Stress Certain antidepressants and sedatives Improper gaps between meals and eating right before going to bed Constipation, irritable bowel movement. Smoking

Another reason that heartburn and back pain are linked may be due to soft tissue damage. Very often the amount of acid that is moving back up the esophagus is so severe that after chronic episodes, soft tissue damage can be experienced. If this happens for long enough, the soft tissue damage can move as far back as the individual's back. When this happens, back pain as a result of the heartburn is experienced.

The importance of home remedies for heartburn is most apparent when it comes to members of our society who generally cannot take doctor prescribed or over the counter medications, such as infants and pregnant women. There are, however, many pre-emptive remedies for heartburn that can be used on both infants and pregnant women. For infants, breastfeeding is best, but if breastfeeding seems to lead to dyspepsia, a mother can try changing up her diet every couple of weeks, reducing those foods that lead to heartburn until she finds a diet that works for her baby.

Natural Home Remedies for Heartburn: -

Combine 1 tablespoonful of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoonful of honey and 1 cup of warm water. Having this mixture would provide relief from heartburn. 1 Drink plain soda whenever you get heartburn. 1 Eat 1 slice of bread with no spread and drink 1 cup of cold water. 1 Cinnamon is useful in treating heartburn. Make tea using cinnamon sticks. Have this tea once or twice a day. Another way to have it would be to prepare cinnamon sandwich. 1 Drink ginger tea with small sips. In a pan of 1 cup boiling water, put a tablespoon of the dried marshmallow root. Cover the pan with a lid and allow it to simmer for 15 minutes. Strain this liquid and have at least 3 - 4 cups per day.
